Shipping Policies

1. We offer a 24 hour approval period but try to avoid returns. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to to make a decision. We send large, very detailed pics when requested and try to give you all the info you could need to know exactly what you are buying. All returns must be authorized by MCG. In the event of a return the customer is responsible for payment of shipping charges and a restocking fee of 5% of the total cost. Sorry, but this is necessary and is standard practice. Item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was shipped in, must be shipped back within 24 hours of return approval by the same or comparable carrier.

2. All amp sales are final. There is no returns on amp sales. Also, amps must be professionally packed by my shipping agent. It is not that expensive but so worth it!! It will show up expertly packed and in the event of a claim there is no way to avoid payment when properly packed.

3. All international sales are wire transfer only.

4 All guitars can be set up to your specs by our tech, just ask.

5. WE accept credit cards, wire transfer, money, money orders, certified checks.
