Asher Guitars

I was introduced to Bill Asher by a close friend and professional guitarist who had relocated to the west coast from new york. He discovered Bill and raved about his guitars and  suggested I get in touch with him about carrying his guitars and lap steels. I knew of him through his association with some well known players and since I play slide guitar, I knew of his lap steels and Weissenborn style lap guitars. I was very excited to receive the first few instruments from Bill and was not disappointed. His workmanship is excellent and his instruments are both beautiful and great sounding. Although he has become best known for his lap steels, his guitars are truly exceptional. They are very well conceived, very well made, and really sound great. I am very proud to be carrying Asher guitars and am excited to be able to share  Bills instruments. I think people will like them as much as I do.
