I have Know Cobra and Eli, the two forces behind Cobra guitars for many years. Cobra was hired at Chelsea Guitars while I was the manager there when he was only 17. He was young but already had an enthusiasm for guitars. He was always particularly obsessed with well worn vintage ones. We worked together for many years and became close friends.
I have known Eli for many years as well, We have long time mutual friend and share a love for guitars. We have spent a lot of time together while he was putting together a nice vintage guitar collection for himself.
I am very excited to be carrying these very unique and great sounding guitars. Cobra has a real passion for the vintage tradition, but doesen't mind making some bold choices in his own guitars. Cobras talent for distressing guitars is quite amazing and I have had him do many of my own guitars.
Cobra is getting a lot of notice in the guitar world, and for good reason. Great sounding, great looking guitars with a lot of personality are what Cobra Guitars are all about. I am very happy to be able to share these guitars with my customers, they are really worth checking out.
